WE ARE NOT AN EMERGENCY PROVIDER....please go to the nearest Animal ER if your pet is not doing well! Your pet must have been diagnosed as terminally ill by your veterinarian within the last 6 months.

We are not available to return calls on Saturdays and Sundays. Your calls will be returned after we open on Monday morning, some time after 9 am. We need 3-4 days notice to schedule our euthanasias on Florida's West Coast. On Florida's East Coast, we can accomodate you more quickly. When you leave us a message from 9-5 Monday through Friday, we will return your call within 24 hours.
